Goals and Objectives

Our corporate goals are to provide the highest quality service, on time, within budget and focused on meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations. These goals are accomplished by using a system of quality control developed by working closely with each individual customer. Using all forms of communication, we balance immediate results and long term benefits, define customer requirements utilizing minimal management and technical risk, develop a master plan, identify implementation steps, designate supervision and inspection teams, and finally continually encourage feedback to, and from, our customers.

Certification

On October 15, 2002, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded the company 8(a) certification through its Headquarters in Washington, DC. Business development assistance and contract assistance and support will be administered through the Washington, DC District Office. The assigned SBA Case Number is 108673.

TKS was born out the vision of its founder to fill the gap in the rapidly growing HVAC Services arena for a small, minority business that is focused on excellence. Also recognized was the demand for other related services such as plumbing, and building construction and renovation. As the company expands, we have identified these and other services that will be offered to our current and future clients and will further enhance our corporate capabilities.
