We can work with you to develop a comprehensive building operation plan that not only meets the requirements of the occupants of the building, but also conforms to the strictures necessary to acquire certification.

As part of our commissioning services, we can prepare the plans for testing all of your building systems for LEED-compatibility, as well as implement the plan and document all the results. If problem areas are identified by the testing, TK Services can repair or upgrade the malfunctioning system components, then re-test the structure’s systems. Because LEED focuses on building sustainability, TK Services will work with you over the lifetime of the structure, developing and implementing 1- to 5- year plans for continually improving the ecological impact of your structure.
