Materials Supply

At TK Services, we do our utmost to ensure that all of our jobs are as ecologically friendly as possible. To this end, we strive to use recycled or rapidly-renewable resources in all our construction, renovation, and cleaning contracts. In accordance with the US Green Building Council’s recommendations, we try and divert at least 50% of the seemingly-worthless debris from a construction site to other job sites where it can serve a useful purpose.

Additionally, the materials we strive to use in our renovation and construction are bio-based and Green Seal Certified, while still meeting government and MSD material requirements. We strive to reduce unnecessary packing waste, increase air quality in renovated buildings by using HEPA-certified equipment and generally practice good energy usage in all our construction and cleaning practices.
