One way of lowering building maintenance costs is to prevent problems from occurring. TKS offers a wide variety of services to keep your building running smoothly with a minimum of downtime. We work with programs such as MP2, Maximo and MS2000, as well as our own proprietary system, the Total Asset Management System. These tools allow you to stop problems before they start, order the necessary parts before they’re needed and schedule work orders well in advance so your workflow can continue unimpeded.
